Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
bizpetyx operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using any part of the site, including browsing course information or submitting enquiries via the contact form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under UK law and apply alongside the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use this site or enrol in courses. Permitted use is limited to personal or professional learning about multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and professional management of television and streaming productions. You may view course details, submit contact forms and complete purchases solely for these purposes. Commercial resale or redistribution of course materials is not allowed without prior written consent.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content, harass staff, misrepresent your identity or interfere with site security. Sharing login credentials, recording live sessions for unauthorised distribution or using the site to promote competing services is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action under applicable UK statutes.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Course enrolment may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Any submissions, such as feedback or assignment uploads, must be your original work. bizpetyx may use anonymised feedback to improve courses but will not publish personal details without consent. Accounts can be closed at any time by contacting us.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, images, course outlines, videos and other materials remain the property of bizpetyx or its licensors. Trademarks and logos may not be reproduced without permission. You may print or download course notes for personal study only. Any other reproduction requires written approval. Copyright infringement will be pursued under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference third-party platforms for video hosting, payment processing or external resources. These are provided for convenience only. bizpetyx does not endorse, control or guarantee the accuracy, security or availability of any third-party service. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, legal reasons or breach of these terms. Course schedules may change; enrolled students will be notified via email. You may cancel enrolment subject to the refund policy stated at purchase.
Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law
Course content is provided for educational purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, bizpetyx does not warrant that materials will meet your specific requirements or remain error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other non-excludable right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site or courses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profits, data or business opportunities, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify bizpetyx against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of course materials, except to the extent caused by our negligence.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, although you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence if you are a consumer. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the UK Government’s online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. For questions contact us using the form on the Contacts page or via [email protected], 01494 671234 or Beaconsfield Studios, Station Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 1LG, United Kingdom. These terms were last updated on 26 October 2026.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to be fair and transparent. They protect both users and bizpetyx while complying with UK consumer protection and data protection legislation. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course.
